- Payments are accepted by Cash, Credit Card (attracts 4 percent), Cheques or Bank Deposit/Transfers (Payments by cheques will not be confirmed until funds are cleared)
- 40% Deposit is required to secure any bookings
- Full Balance and any outstanding amounts must be paid 1 month prior to the function date unless an alternative agreement in writing has been made
- Change of booking dates is welcome – however, the Bride & Groom understand that the availability of vehicles and price package may differ
- Any Cancellations will forfeit any deposits
- Any Cancellation within 8 weeks prior to the function date will result in full balance to be paid
- Smoking is Prohibited in all our vehicles
- Luggage is welcome – however, any luggage or carry-on bags must be within reasonable size for Bride/Groom, Bridal Party & Passengers understands that any luggage or carry-on bags are their own reasonability.
- Deblanco Wedding Cars is not liable for any damage or loss of items/luggage
- Maximum number of people in each vehicle is determined by the number of seatbelts available
- In the event of any mechanical faults or accidents, Deblanco Wedding Cars will provide you with a similar or next available vehicle
- The Bride & Groom will be responsible for any damages caused by the bridal party or guests
- Deblanco Wedding Cars will not be liable for any delays caused by bridal party or guests
- Any booking exceeding the agreed times on the booking form will incur an extra charge of $80 per 15 minutes per vehicle payable to Deblanco Wedding Cars on the day
- It is your responsibility to inform Deblanco Wedding Cars of any changes relating to the agreed Itinerary
- All Booking Information, Itinerary/Schedules & Confirmations must be made by the Bride/Groom or the person that made the booking
- We understand that only what is written in this agreement will be honoured
